"I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. "The pool was amazing! The lovely woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helped me all the time."

"We were a late check in for a large group. We found out the hotel had overbooked and canceled our reservations without adequate notice. They called and left a vm at 3pm on day of travel, which is ironic because they require us to give them advance notice when canceling on our end."
