"Somewhat quiet. The owner was vwry nice and welcoming. Riim was adequate however it was small so luckiky we did not take up our suitcases. A small fridge was provided which was useful. What would have also been been useful was a jug or bottle of water. It was very hard to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink. We couldny understand why the bed was unusually warm and a bit sticky. Is the plastic under the mattress protector necessay? Nice stay."

"We only ended up staying for one night of the two we booked. This was due to work commitments not the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Before we left we had a meal in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we’ve had in a while. We would definitely stay there again."

"I booked Marsh Farm for my Partner and I as we were going to Hoar Cross Hall for their Twilight event. Marsh farm is approx 11 minutes from Hoar Cross Hall and you can easily get an Uber there and a taxi back. Marsh Farm is a gorgeous B&B with Chickens and other animals in close proximity. Sarah the host could not do enough for us from the moment we arrived she showed us to our room Swallows which was lovely. "Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."
