The staff for the most part are helpful and they keep rooms clean and they are fast and efficient
Positive quiet area, close to venue, soft bed. Check in was easy & they were nice. Forna smoking room it didn't smell like smoke.
Negative- pillowcases had stains on them, shower looked like it was falling apart- we showered with our slides on. The towels provided were small l swear they were baby towels.
You get what you pay for
Terrible customer service, thanks to the staff I had to paid at the property and also paid via Expedia they did a whole mess. They didn’t even took the time to confirm the right info from Expedia they only got one reservation
The people at the front counter was really nice and helpful. It was cold in the room and the heater didn't work. And the blanket had burn marks.

It was very quiet. The staff were nice to me and accommodating. I had to move rooms, 1st room smelled really bad with nasty leak damage under bathroom sink with possible black mold. I did not like the AC set up, its kind of hid on the side of the bed and under the curtain, so the air is blocked. I did not like the area much it was farther away from the parts of Stockton that I frequent with my son in college. It was gated and I did not like that the ice machine was outside and open to anyone to use with an exposed scooper thay flies and things could frequent on. I am a huge ice person and I just had to go without. I also saw a man on a bike not staying there pull up, fet ice, and leave again. Being someone that works in the Homeless and at-risk population, I always feel that hotels that house homeless and work with non-profit housing programs should make it known that they often house that population, but I'm pretty sure that due to HIPPA rights they probably cannot disclose that info. I just know from working in it and I am pretty sure I saw a half naked prostitute going into the room. I can work with certain room standards especially when needing to save money, but I am posting for others who may feel very uncomfortable with the situation. It was doable for the price, but Im not sure if I will be back.
This place is a joke the rooms are very tiny and the air conditioner is so small it don't keep the room cold the pool wAs closed even though the lady at the front desk said it would be open. I had to go get a remote to the TV and the TV cracked a lot when sound turn up I was givin only one towel in a two bed room the fridge is super tiny and there's no outlets by your bed . Trashy on the outside and lots of young people and kids running around without parents loud at night not worth the couple dollars I tried to save . The only good thing was the beds super comfy. And the soda machine cost 2.75 for a can soda rip off
We circled the property several times to find an opening as there was a high metal fence around it. Once we found it we had to search for the office and finally saw a small sign directing us. The office itself was not lit and had no signage whatsoever. Staff was nice courteous and polite. She was working in the dark with one small lamp! Apparently the hotel was undergoing renovations but still… The room looked fairly clean but noted hair on the bathroom wall and in corner of room floor. There was only one change of towels, no extra blanket, one bar of hand soap, and only one working USB port. A lot of paint spatter throughout the room in flooring. The blackout curtains were not long/large enough to do the job of blacking out the bright lights outside. The neighborhood seems to be depressed; therefore the fencing and gates?. Will hope the renovations help because this place looks like a motel for homeless people at present

AC did not work. Room was neat and clean though. We checked in at midnight and left very early and so we didn’t go back to request for a change of room.
Because the rate is so low it's easier to overlook the run down, broken parts, shabby overall appearance of the place. The staff is great and it's clean.
