"The continuing issue that was present also under the prior ownership is that certain of the staff the handles the front desk is seriously under trained."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and comfortable bed!"

"Clean and close to Howell"

"Good location, reasonable price"

"Good value for the price"

"Not worth the money:("

"The hotel was ok. The pool looked to be having work done missing tiles and both children did complain the chlorine was to strong made their skin burn. The lamp in the room looked to be stained with something brown also a hole in the wall where the hangers were. If your looking for a quick night it was o.k but not longer then that."

"Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

"Everything was in order"

"Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait."

"cost was good but needs updating"

"Staff was great! Room was clean. Plenty of parking"

"Thanks"

"Worst hotel. First they overbooked and almost had to find a new room. The IU and Michigan game was the next night so all the hotels were booked. They found us a room and it smelled so bad. It has been days and I still smell the moldy smell."
