Room and hotel in general was very clean. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much of anything at all. And there were homeless people in the lobby.

Would stay again!

My boyfriend and I got this room as a cheap option for after skiing. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was free! We could hear most of what was going on in the hallway but we were so tired that it didn’t matter. The breakfast had a few options, which was good enough for us. I think the value is worth it for the price!

I normally stay in a Hilton or Marriot. I was in Wisconsin Rapids for a gymnastics state competition. To use my Hilton honors rewards I would have to travel 15 miles. For a low budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised how clean my room was. The bed was kind of squeaky but other than that I will give it a 4.5 out of 5

While the property was a little aged, the rooms felt clean, fresh and well cared for. Staff was friendly and polite Hotel was quiet and comfortable. It was a good value

Everything was ok as we have stayed there numerous times over the last few years. What was the bummer was Orbitz dropped the ball, the motel had no record of our reservation and I showed them the acknowledgement and confirmation number, for some reason they didn't have anything under our name or number. Luckily we were able to secure a room, but we had to pay a higher price. Shame on Orbitz

Hotel was okay but we were not told that there was some outside construction in progress. This construction was going at time of reservation so they knew. Location was perfect for our needs. Beds were not real comfortable but sufficient. Breakfast, which is one reason for staying at this location, was very lacking. Room was not very clean and bathroom very small and outdated with poor attempts at repairs in wall patching and caulking. Sink was clogged with hair, which I took care of. Hair dryer was full of hair also. 2nd floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke ( think maybe the hotel staff). Check in was ok and quick but lacking on info of amenities and normal items usual disclosed on check in. Pricing was mid-ranged compared to other hotels in the area. Depending on future situations I probably would stay there again but not if family was involved. It is great for one night stay if by yourself and do not need any "thrills".

Rooms are clean every year I stay here. Housekeeping is prompt and reliable. Breakfast is great. Privately owned by a couple who take great care and pride in offering a comfortable and affordable place to stay. I have never been disappointed!

Would definitely stay here again.

I am a bit of clean freak this place was very clean, the halls the room and the bathroom are always checked out by me regarding how clean a place is, this place was exceptional.

I am traveling with my cat. She is very clean and well-behaved. We had stayed in two other pet friendly properties so far this trip, many on previous occasions. We arrived after a very long day on the road, only to find out that the hotel policy is NO CATS. How can this be pet friendly? It was quite disturbing; being late in the day, I had to quickly scramble to find other lodgings. I'd say definitely FALSE ADVERTISING as to being pet friendly. Never again for your properties, Americas Best Value. I found a much nicer place, so my story ends on a positive note for me, and the cat gave it five paws.
