"Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und es gibt eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in die City. Die Schlafqualität ist stark abhängig von der Lage des Zimmers. Alle Zimmer zur Straße hin sind sehr laut. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, muss man sich zwischen stickiger Luft und Fahrzeuglärm entscheiden. Auf Grund der Straßenbeleuchtung ist die Verdunkelung etwas schwierig. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet, besitzt jedoch keine Abluftanlage. Dadurch ergibt sich...

"Good location for overnight transfer. There is also shuttle bus to the airport, just only inform them. Though, it is close to the airport, it's not noisy. Plus, it's easy connect to the train station if you want to go to the train station by bus. Importantly, Staff is friendly. "

"Couldn’t fault the breakfast and evening meals. We booked standard rooms and were surprised to discover they were 50m away from the hotel, the rooms were small and dated with old looking carpets. The bed was comfy and the bedding clean and fresh. The en-suite was very cramped and cold with no heating to dry your towels. The lighting was controlled by a key switch that was located on the wall next to the bed, you had to insert the room key with the huge key fob into it and it was impossible to...

"Das Hotel bzw.die Zimmer auf der Etage waren auf einer Baustelle.Ich bin schon viel rumgekommen in der Welt ,aber sowas habe ich für den Preis (102,50 für 1 Nacht mit Frühstück ) noch nie erlebt .Es ist auch meine erste negative Bewertung die ich über ein Hotel schreibe und das soll was heißen. Der wunderschöne Eifelpark ist in der Nähe mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen."

"The inside of this hotel was so beautiful! We booked a room with a balcony and I would call what we got was a terrace. It was huge and had the nicest view of the chateau and the valley. The rooms were big and the staff were very helpful. "

"Chambre très bien. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche malheureusement pas hermétique. L’accès gratuit au spa (sauna, bains turcs…) est une agréable surprise. Le cadre au bord de l’eau est très sympa. Petit bémol pour le restaurant : voisins de table bruyants qui n’ont pas été calmés par le staff malgré des remarques, amuse-bouche oublié pour notre table et dessert maison raté. Mauvais alignement des planètes, espérons-le !"
