Our room was not available until 6:30. In our room the a/c worked in bedroom but not the living area, on two days where it got up to 90 degrees. Very often there was nobody at the front desk when help was needed. It was clean.

The staff were nice. We were excited by the close hot springs and the property details the hot springs appear to be out the back. That was not the case they were 29 miles away. Also the ice machines were not present or working. The vending machines were not working either.

I've stayed here a number of times. It's an older property but the location and price made up for the outdated feel. But this time, no hot water was a deal breaker. On check in, I was informed to let the water run for "10 minutes or so. We're having issues." Colorado is on drought alert with mandatory water restrictions. Letting the water run for 20 minutes was awkward and was still too cold to shower. While not monumental, the coffee urn in the lobby had cold (guessing yesterday's)coffee in it at 8:15 am. Is that really too early or too late for coffee? The only staff member I saw on site was great!

Good place to stay in the area, close to the ski. It has pool/hot tub/open space/game room and those rooms with kitchen are nice for families. It is not spotless and needs some maintenance for sure though. We stay here mostly because it has EV chargers (however, 3 out of 4 is out of order). I really wish this place can get some renovations / updates.

For the price it's pretty fair. Dated property which is fine just needs updating. The door latches are the loudest I've ever heard and anytime a neighbor would come in or out it would wake me up it's so loud. Dogs barking across the hall. One of the two beds was straight up broken. The pool and hot tubs are nice. The location is nice. The girl who checked me in was very friendly. Like the little lobby area with coffee and a gas fire place. Hotel has little sitting areas if you wanted to relax and watch the sunset or just hang out. Again, for the price for me it was fine and what I would expect.
