I hated leaving . I loved this place so much , I kicked myself in the behind for having booked a second hotel in an area that I thought was better. It was not. And the second accommodation refused to give me a refund so i had to move out of Rooftop , Very sad
What i liked
Everything else.
Its located in a quite residential area, but very close to beach, monkey park, restaurants , Senegambia strip ( which frankly is a bit too loud ) while The Rooftop is just right in...

"All the staff were so friendly, amazing and so helpful. Breakfast every day was lovely and fresh.
We stayed in the old rooms which do need a bit of work to update them but I can see they were working on some of them.
Overall a great holiday due to the fab staff.

They were attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and provided a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern and cozy. One of the highlights was the beach. Which was simply stunning. It was peaceful, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Gambia. I spent hours there, soaking up the tranquility and feeling like I had my own private getaway. I would absolutely stay here again, as the combination of friendly service, a clean and comfortable room, and a serene beach experience made it a memorable trip. "

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my worst holiday experience ever."
