"HORRIBLE! From the customer service to the condition of the rooms. Had to wait 30mins for someone to show up at the desk to check in. Run down…Room dirty, Looks sketchy and the room….oh my! "I did not see one staff member the entire time I was there, this wasn't really an issue but They claimed to offer breakfast and both times I went into the breakfast room there was no one and a keurig and what looked like a couple old bagels sitting out. You let yourself in and there is no restaurant or even a little market to get a snack. Felt very lonely and desolate. The bed is really comfortable and the room was very clean and fresh smelling when I got there. "

"This is our place of choice when visiting family in Valparaiso. Always pleasant staff. Bria is always a ray of sunshine. A few of the rooms need some major overhauls, example - rug replacement, tile grout fixed, curtain hung correctly, but overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is typical free breakfast food."
