Great location near the water and great trails for waling. Very clean and quiet with all the required amneties. Appreciated the BBQ for cooking and the size of the cabin was great. The only recommendation would be a Keurig machine and some pods in the morning for late arrivals (we did get coffee the next day).

A decent place to stay, it’s pretty dated and not the cleanest. The pool is nice, the people are super friendly.

We were looking for a quiet, rustic, cottage that was clean, well-supplied and in a great location and this met all our needs. We'd definitely stay there again. Was it perfect? No. But we weren't looking for perfection. Great for kids (pool), awesome location right near Brackley Beach. Short drive to Fisherman's Wharf Lobster supper restaurant.

Good location, property needs maintenance. Cottage 12 leaking faucet in kitchen, dripping in bathroom, mold on shower tiles and on floor wood trim. Smells like wet wood under linoleum. Reported but no effort to repair. Queen bed comfortable but difficult to walk around it as room too small, nice pine dressers in bedrooms, kitchen table and chairs need refinishing, one comfortable LR chair, small smart TV, covered porch nice but needs paint, Dishwasher works well.

Me and my family with 2 small children had a wonderful stay at the cottages. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed how close the amazing beaches were to the property and loved playing in the pool every afternoon. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a private cottage near the beach who have children.
