"Had an ok stay all in all. However, upon check in, they informed me that they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available when that's what I reserved but I was too tired to even argue so I accepted a smoking room. The upkeep of the room itself was lacking. There was no phone, no hangers, no towel bar in the shower. There were cigarette burns in the linens and furniture. I also had to keep going to the front desk to get my room key reactivated at least twice a day because it kept deactivating. Nonetheless, even with all those negatives, the bed was at least comfortable and I was able to have a restful and relaxing trip. The other positive was that it is right next door to the Boulder Station Casino and a 7-Eleven. So various food and drink was available."
