Our stay was Absolutely wonderful!!! From arrival to departure and everything in-between was like a fairy tale since we were celebrating our Honeymoon. The staff , the grounds and the food was of the highest quality and we enjoyed EVERYDAY. Will Definitely be returning. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience

The entire staff was amazing throughout the stay. Their genuine warmth showed through at every turn. My wife is near end of life and they mad sure she was treated like a treasure!! I couldn't have been more pleased with them.

This is my first review of a property. I must say this is a rare gem. The staff here are fantastic in caring for their guests. The meals are great, decent, and not too lavish. The rooms are well made and cared for. The garden-like environmnet takes me back to my childhood in the tropics. This place is home away from home.

The hotel was very quiet . Thinking that is a island resort i will loved if it has a little vibe some music at the pool. Allore restaurant was ok but not was i was expecting as a restaurant at ritz. The last day of our staying I couldn’t use the bathroom because was a water leak from the ceiling

Definitely not up to the stateside Ritz Carlton level. You have to call for room service when they conveniently forget your room, and even then they are stingy with towels. The club level is mediocre at best. Food selections were minimal, lukewarm, not very fresh. $2500 in added fees on the tail end check out for seven days was just insult to injury never again..

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff are so friendly and the fellow guests were too. The king size bed room was nice but if I had to suggest improvement, I would want more storage space. The motion control lights in the bathroom woke up anyone sleeping because the shower glass wall let light though into the bedroom. Bad design. The beach and pool area are gorgeous and restaurant was excellent. We ate there twice for dinner because the food, service and view was amazing. We would definitely come again.
