"Wait staff at the bar was slow and inattentive at times. The room was not worth the price I paid per night. Why do high priced hotels never have refrigerators or microwave? Location was great, I guess that’s what you pay for. "

"Do Not Stay! The room had blood on the walls and dirty towels and outlets that did not work. The front desk staff Bri attempted to hustle us, stating to pay her to get into places which all turned out false. We were told we could purchase water from the hotel, that was a lie or unavailable upon request. Parking was always completely full and no other parking options were available. Found a lot which was 35 dollars per day. We requested a ground floor room for one of our handicapped guests and that was not accommodated. The elevator was not in working order which was notated before hand. No one to assist with baggage up and down the stairs or to help our handicapped guest. Overall a terrible stay. "

"The room smelled like stale cigarettes and overall in disrepair. The shower water only came out in a trickle so be prepared to spend 40 minutes trying to get shampoo out of your hair. The people next to us apparently lived there and were moving and because there is no elevator and the people were sliding totes down the stairs and since you can hear everything it sounded like a bomb. Listening to the little bird in the opposite room tweeting wasn’t bad though. Good news is we did see an exterminator as I imagine bugs are a concern. The bed was comfy surprisingly. Not sure what the red splatter on the ceiling could be from. Needed a room last minute and everything was booked so we stayed here. Probably should’ve just rented a van lol"

"Clean room and nice , patient staff . Comfortable bed and pillow. No smell in the room and in the hallway. The area where the hotel is located is very safe and walkable and near the restaurant . I didn’t see any homeless people the area. "

"Neighborhood nice. Rooms dirty, dusty, stinky. Looked at 2. The pull string in the kitchen dark from dirtiness and felt greasy nasty. Horrible minimal lighting. Most bulbs not working. Tears on couch. Dead roaches in bedroom. Live roaches in kitchen, both rooms. Rusted tub. Dirty bathroom rug. No soap anywhere. Old dirty mismatched furnishings with most having just screws sticking out and missing hardware. Exposed electric wires in room. Dirty shelves. Dirty inside closets. Dirty floors. Dirty windows. Doors had exposed cracks on edges of about an inch. One single latch lock on all doors. Very poorly secured. Exposed metal wire sticking out on staircase fencing. Pool out of service and dirty. No housekeeping sighted. Poor and lack of signage Single front desk staff person was unwelcoming and inappropriate. All outdoor seat cushions are old and saggy looking in addition to dirty. Parking is tight and not secure or private. The whole place is not fenced in. Sighted 4 people on property in raggedy clothes, 3 of them smoking, 2 with folding cloth chairs in front of room we checked out. Could definitely hear them speaking from inside of room while door closed. Broken blinds with dangling cardboard covering parts of holes with tape. Old knobs throughout. Office messy dirty unorganized. Was told refund would be processed from them to hotels.com and then to me which this place fell through with. They will not answer phone Hotels.com handled it pleasantly for me though. Do not book. "

"It was great we checked in an hour before the event we were in town to see. Eddy at the front desk was very helpful. All in all it was a pleasurable experience the location was perfect and the staff friendly. "

"Good location. The room was clean but had wear and tear visible. It included a fridge that did not keep anything cold and was actually relatively hot when you opened the door which worried me a bit. Noisy in the halls - someone had a dog and it kept up up one night and the phone in the room did not work as we tried to figure out the Wifi code (never given to us upon arrival) when the Samsung television broke and rebooted. We never got that issue sorted. There is not parking located at the hotel itself despite advertising valet parking. The parking is at another hotel that has a series of 3 locked parking lots about a block away. If you have mobility issues you should keep that in mind. We were okay with this, however, they put in a new keycard security system to access the locked gates (in and out) and we were met with numerous issues which kept resulting in our keycards deactivating and not allowing us inside the lot, out of the lot and not working in our rooms at the Galaxy. I kept seeing the same employee with the same issue and he said no one else had complained so I was doing something wrong. Nice service. The employee at the Exchange hotel (which is where the lots are located) had to also help me in and out of the parking lots numerous times. Upon check out, I inquired about a refund as $20 per day for this and was ignored. I emailed and received no response."
