"If you are looking for a place to stay in Guernsey….this has to be your first choice. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing service and lucky for us, amazing weather! The staff at this hotel excel. They look after you so well and nothing is too much trouble. The spa staff are fantastic and the treatments a dream. The dining room staff just make you feel like family. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job. Honestly, there isn’t one thing I can fault about this hotel. Loved it so much that we have already booked to go again!"

"Only stayed over one night but our room had a great view overlooking the sea, and a fantastic sunset. Booking in was easy, however finding the car-park access not so make sure you find how to get in if you need it. We ate at a table outside the hotel and we enjoyed the meals. The breakfast was good. Both the continental and cooked menus offered a sufficient choice. All meals served by attentive staff."

"A great place to stay. Well located in the center of town with parking. Fabulous staff. Stairs to room 27 were a bit of a challenge. Bathtub in room 21 was a challenge to get in and out of without my husband's help. The Picke Pig had delicious food."

"Good comfortable family room. Was disappointed that we couldn’t have the proper breakfast as only started at 7am and our ferry time was 8am. Too late to be able to enjoy and get to the ferry check in on time. Was surprised that the hotel didn’t start breakfast until so late."

"This classically stylish hotel is well located in St. Peter Port, with easy access from the ferry port. Our room was large and, because it looked to the rear of the property, was very quiet. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and had very good meals, but our favorite was the small cocktail lounge off of the lobby where it was suitably dark and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Guernsey."
