"Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs "

"Perfect to walk to events nearby."

"Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay."

"A fantastic experience at this fun and unique hotel. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and bus stops right outside the door. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, with lots of dining options and playful design touches throughout. The room was beautiful, well thought out, and had everything I needed, including a desk for working. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Really wonderful"

"Complimrbtary early checkin with waiting in the lounge with city view."

"clean"

It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment. The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers...
