"Really comfortable at home place"

"The rooms were fine but did find some hairs in the shower. The shower was really small. The shower wasn’t leveled right and theres a corner of water at all times. They offered a “free” shuttle to Disneyland when we booked in December but now it looks like they’re charging for the shuttle. When we arrived to the hotel, we were told that the shuttle would be in-service the next morning at 7 AM. The next morning when we arrive to the desk, we were told that the shuttle would only be in service from 3PM to 10:30 PM and they made us wear tight wristbands for those later shuttles. We had our day at Disney. They were able to give us a complimentary Uber ride to Disney. We then waited at the shuttle-stop that they told us to wait at Disney and no one arrived for 30-40minutes. We tried calling the hotel and we’re just met with automated AI voicemails back to back. Luckily we had been able to share the Uber voucher through our safari history to use it again and get a free ride. If not, we would’ve had to pay for our own Uber completely because of their own misleading miscommunication. All they could offer for the inconvenience was a snack. They make you pay for parking but theres more rooms than parking spots. You’d have to circle the parking lot till someone leaves. On our last night they blocked half the parking spots with cones and had 3 Shuttles taking up parking when they don't even work… Wouldn’t recommend booking here too many added fees, hotel is money hungry."

"The room felt very outdated compared to previous stays. On past visits, we were placed in a remodeled room, but this time we were located in the back and everything appeared older and worn. At check-in, we were not given a parking pass, which made it difficult to get in and out of the property. Parking overall was very limited, and it was challenging to find a spot near our room. Housekeeping was also disappointing—no one came to provide clean towels during our three-night stay. I’ve stayed here before and had much better experiences, but this visit felt like a noticeable decline in both the condition of the rooms and the level of customer service."

"Conveniently located in the Anaheim Resort Area and in close proximity to Disneyland makes it an attractive choice. The local area shuttle system to the park has permanently ceased operation but ride-sharing services were reasonable and readily available. It's a hefty but certainly doable walk. The pool and hot tub areas were unfortunately under a scheduled renovation but that was not made apparent when we researched properties. Staff were extremely outgoing, friendly and helpful. The Sonesta vibe stressing healthy peaceful lifestyle choices created a quiet overall environment."
