"We stayed in a Diamond Club room with the plunge pool. Our butler was Andre and he was very attentive to our needs. I like the butler service but wished the pool was more private. It’s really one long pool connected to the other ground floor rooms so it wasn’t really a personal pool. Nevertheless, it was nice to step from your patio to the pool and not be bothered with a lot of people in the pool with you. I’m not a buffet person so we never try the buffet or the room service, which is 24 hrs....
