"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"We paid nearly £1400 for 2 night’s’ accomodation at the 3 bedroom cottage and it was a rip-off. The cottage was tiny : 3 bedrooms but only one toilet. The worst was this: the cottage reeked of musty smell, like when one enters an old antique shop. Of course we were not expecting modern decor, but the smell of old wood and old furniture in that 3 days were unbearable we stayed out as much as possible.
