The apartments exceeded our expectations, and from that moment, we couldn’t wait for our reservation. When we finally checked in, the experience over our 5-night stay was exceptional. "Beautiful, sparkling clean, an oasis! We had the deluxe suite with window so tons of space. It was quiet, very comfortable, and had all the amenities. Spacious shower with hot hot water ( and a shower curtain! Yay dry floor) also beside tables with lights And plugs, things you miss at other places. The breakfast was wonderful with many savory choices as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit, and many juices. The location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. It was a treat to stay here"
"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

The best part, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything without the busy aspect found across most places in Kampala. If I go to Kampala again, definitely will stay there."
"The staff at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Kampala are both professional, kind, and helpful, whether work for housekeeping, in the dining room, reception, or management. I was able to get some R & R after roughing it in the interior, at a very reasonable price, with good food, a comfortable room, space to read and write, and special touches when I asked, like a water kettle for instant coffee in the room."
