"The hotel is in the perfect location. The rom is excelent but unfortunately there are no elevator in all the buildings, so getting all the luggage in the room could be challenging if you're not strong enough. Enyway the staff if very friendy willing to help you if you need. There are washing mashine, dishwasher plates and all you need for even for longer stay. But all of this will be not necessary if you have plenty of restaurands around you on the Piotrkowska street. "

"I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. "It was a nice stay. It's an old building so the floor creaks and the bathroom is small especially the shower. It got the job done though, band the hotel is on the main tourist street. "

The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements."
