"We did not have breakfast as we were near a lot of food places. We had to change the room as the mattress was too hard for our liking and the shower was not working well. Cleanliness was acceptable. Staffs were generally ok."

There should be a list that the hotel provides with suggestions. I would definitely recommend the Eastern and Oriental Hotel and would stay there again."

"I lost mu Hime Health packaging box , door were locked , 3 days O did have someone come todyy up as I not disorganise.. House Keeping cant explain this. Breakfast was boring same old fair , I go outside to Chowrestra Market for a better breakfast."

"Toilet tank had a little trouble refilling, but that was easily fixed by adjusting the water control taps behind the toilets. Otherwise - everything perfect."

"After checking in, we headed to our room. The hallways are dark and have an ironing board and iron placed against one wall that the entire floor is expected to use. The hallways and room smelled like mothballs triggering the wife's allergies. She became short of breath. The office showed us a different room on another floor. Same issue. We forfeited the money and went around the corner to the Granite Hotel. 100 times better."

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx"

"The room was alright for just a 2 day stay , not the best condition, but manageable, the breakfast was a 4 out of 10 , better off going to the street and eating better food , front desk staff was great !!!!! Like it ok for a 2-3 day stay , wouldn’t stay here for longer then that only if I had to "
