"I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Williston, Vt. On my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the coffee area each morning as well as the free breakfast. The nights were quiet. I was traveling alone and felt safe during my stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area."

"We stayed in one of the private cabins and absolutely loved it. It made us feel as though we had our own little quiet oasis, and I loved opening the shades in the morning and having the river just steps away. The property was immaculate, the drinks at the bar were delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, close to downtown Stowe, the rec trail and all the fun breweries and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Everything good. They leave you chocolate chip cookies for when you come in your room. Also a bottle of their spring water. The cookies are free,but don't touch the spring water. It comes with a 25 dollar charge..f.or a 16 ounce bottle of spring water. Ouch. Apart from that, it was a good place and they are trying hard. I would return, but with our own spring water."

"The historic tour (included in the stay) was fantastic! The view, the property vibe is magical. The older staff, especially those who have been with the lodge for years are very helpful. The younger staff at the front desk and the dining area could be more welcoming. Overall a great experience."
