"This is an excellent location for visiting area battlefields and other sites. We even drove to Kings Dominion on a weekday from here with no issues. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC was spectacular. The bathroom was a little dated, but fine for our needs. The breakfast is the star of the show. Lots of choices and I was even able to eat hard boiled eggs and fruit as a celiac. All my encounters with staff were very nice. This is an ideal location for Door Dash. I would 10/10 stay here again."

"Having this clean and easy hotel to check into after a 10 hour drive from South Carolina, is the best! Everytime we come to visit our family in Virginia, we choose this place. We love the contactless check in process and the hotel is in the perfect location. Nearby shopping and restaurants. The Fredericksburg Nationals ballfield is within walking distance, too. Wegman's is across the street which is super convenient. The room itself is fully stocked with toilet paper, dish soap and a washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds and linens. The coffee was not too bad either! In the room with sugar and creamer. You really have everything you need. I love the balcony with the view of the lagoon outback. We got to see some deer eating and heard the frogs chirping. This place is the future of how staying away from home should be."
