The hotel provides a voucher for the Denny's located in the parking lot for breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a vanilla latte and other choices. There is no hot tub.

Online check in with key pick up from kiosk was very helpful and time saving. Room was spacious and clean. Neighboring tenants were noisy and for some reason were up all night with a child running around and being loud in the corridor, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Some people just have no manners.
I wish the breakfast coupons were available a night before instead of 7 am in the morning. We had to leave before 7 am and we could have redeemed the promised coupon at the 24 hours Denny’s across the parking lot but those coupons don’t become available before 7 am. So even though the hotel gave us some muffins and yogurt etc, the Denny’s option would have been much better if the coupon is given earlier.

This was an excellent spot as we were flying out of Spokane and needed to leave our car behind. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel did smell a bit funky but other than that it was good.

Well located for our need, clean, but overall just average. Maintenance issue in our room, loud and persistent hallway noise into early morning hours, and no daily maid service. Seven night stay and only one cleaning. Had to request clean towels more than once.

The booking started out by being the wrong hotel. I couldn't get them to fix it. It was expensive for where it was. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. We couldn't use the breakfast voucher because the wait for a table was too long. I was very disappointed and wont be staying there again.

Clean, pool and exercise room were clean and nice. Dennys restaurant right next door. Really great free coffee machine in the lobby. Quiet. Parking was a like short especially for us pulling a trailer, there were no larger spots.

The elevator did not work & i ve had multiple hip surgeries so 3 flights of stairs w heavy luggage was very inconvenient to say the least..otherwise the room & stay was nice .

I like that I can park and leave my car here when I travel, they have an airport shuttle. However, breakfast for the early morning traveler consists of a bottle of water, piece of fruit, and granola bar. Also, the hotel could not provide me with a wine bottle opener upon request and the gas station next door did not have one and neither did Denny’s. Very disappointing.

I received a Handicapped room that had an overwhelming smell of bleach.. I tried for a room change and was told that the only thing they could do was spray some other chemical to mask the smell..
