"There is a lot of good things about this location- the river front, easy access to the freeway, lots of restaurants and stores close by, breakfast included, pool and hot tub, dogs allowed (which was our priority). The only critique is that the cleaning staff obviously doesn't do a very thorough job because I pulled the most disgusting hair ball out of the tub drain so that it would drain. I about threw up. Also, the trash cans around the property were overflowing."

"Staff here are super friendly and helpful. Decor is dated (80's vibe) but clean. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast was not the best. Ham soaking in water (eek), oatmeal tasted really weird.. but for the price, this hotel is a great value. Rooms were quiet and clean. I would stay here again if I wanted to save money and have a safe, clean place to rest. "

"Everything was perfect at this sweet hotel. This is my second stay there and my experience both times was great. The room I had was 2 rooms, with a full kitchen and dining area. The staff is exceptional and the property is very clean! I'll be back on my next trip through Idaho Falls!"

"The hallway on the 3rd floor had a stale odor and my bathroom also had a weird smell. The pillows were all squishy and offered no support. Fine for a night, but will look elsewhere next time"
