"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that the shuttle was supposed to be complimentary. The issues didn’t stop there. The rooms were very dirty, and the building itself is extremely old and clearly not well maintained. There were multiple issues throughout the property that made the stay feel very run down. To make things worse, the only toiletry provided was a small bar of soap. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner, which is pretty surprising even for a budget hotel. Overall, the customer service was poor, the room conditions were unacceptable, and the shuttle situation felt misleading. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else near the airport."

"Great price and within walking distance of Disneyland. Clean room, maid staff every day. Near half the price of many other area hotels. 15-20 minute walk to Disney. Would definitely recommend. "

"Wife and I found this to be the closest and cheapest stay with the best relative quality to Disneyland for the first leg of our honeymoon. We loved the walk in the mornings to the parks as it was just a straight line there, and the few staff we interacted with were kind, helpful and laid-back. The room itself was quaint and met our needs, and was relatively clean for a Motel 6. However, there was no Wifi, and the shower's water pressure was lacking. It seemed the housekeeping, who only visit every other day, would fix the beds and not change the sheets. The air conditioner had to run on max constantly to keep the room cool even in the dry, comfortable SoCal climate, but it also made the room feel humid and musty. The mattresses were stiff and the sheets themselves were thin.The amenities were kept up, but the pool had some leaves and debris, and the jacuzzi water was cloudy. The location of Anaheim/Disney made it hard to find any restaurants to eat at, and we had to rely a bit much on delivery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a budget, and we would totally stay here again."

"Staff is super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary drink upon check in. Our building was under construction so the entry doors were blocked with alternate entry was okay. The elevator was acting up, but stairs were easily accessible. Our room was clean and quiet. Hotel grounds were clean and parking lot felt safe. Walking distance to Disneyland a plus. "
