"Very quiet area."

"Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean as was the entire facility, including the elevators. Traffic noise from the rooms on the back was a little loud, but earplugs were provided. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

The room did not have any signage about emergency exits, WiFi, breakfast, etc. There was also no way to contact the...

"My room smelled like smoke. There were cigarette burns in my sheets. The TV didn’t work."
