"This was the last night of an around the world trip encompassing 13 countries involving 77 nights in hotels. The check in at this hotel was disorganized and frankly the staff seemed not interested. It was also the most expensive room I had and considering the other cities included Zurich, Berlin, Amsterdam and other major cities I do not consider what I received here good value. The room was satisfactory however I would expect more for the cost of the room."

"I had a room that included its own private bathroom. It was very clean, well-appointed and a safe place to stay. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that was the only real downside. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was great for going to Rogers Arena for a concert and having food/drink options nearby."

"Stayed for almost a week and my companion had complaints, but the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied while staying. Close to the airport, But unless you have the window open the noise shouldn't be too bad. I'd stay here for another visit into vancouver!"

"The hotel was fine, but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel and the worst Fairmont I’ve stayed in. There was a nespresso machine in the room, but no coffee pods. The phone in the room was fully broken - it wasn’t plugged in and when I went to look for a plug there was no cord. So the phone was just there for show. The bathroom is very dated and needs to be redone. For $700/ night, it wasn’t worth the cost. The location go the cruise ships was very convenient and the front desk staff were friendly."
