Thank you for staying with us. First of all we are well known for a clean resort as our reviews states over the internet. Just to make clear our policy states that cottages left in an excessive unclean condition will be charged 35.00 cleaning fee. This was not your case and you were never charged the cleaning fee. After every check out our cleaning staff goes inside each cottage and cleans no matter how it is left after each guests leaves it, clean or not clean. It was your assumption that we don't use professional cleaning staff. We have new couches in our cottages and we haven't had complaints about our beds, as we have hotel style mattress in all the cottages. We hope this has clarified your concerns, we wish you all the best.

Hi We ordered new screen for the patio door. The rooms always have hot water, you just have to leave the tap open for 1 minute for the hot water to come, if you would have addressed this to us we would have a chance to help. All the best All Star Resort

Hello Andrew & Laura, Sorry that the room was not what you expected. The room you stayed in is located between another motel room and cottage 7, which at the time of your stay was occupied by other quests that stayed with us. Our motel rooms are properly built rooms that were never a garage or a carport (that can easily been seen with basic construction skills). Any motel room you go to is usually sandwiched between other rooms and you can sometimes hear other people. The bed is not a futon but an actual queen size bed with a queen size mattress (easily noticeable, if you ever slept on a futon). Wish you all the best.
