"The hotel is ok, not bad, certainly better than other hotels in locale. Beach and pool area are generally nice. Specialist restaurants are ok but main buffet restaurant was not. Room service waits were lengthy even for drinks. It was peak season and the staff were stretched but in most cases they were still nice/helpful. Have stayed here previously but that reflects the quality of the alternatives."

"Nice pool(s) and very easy access to a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beds (the beach does have some harmless jelly fish to be aware of). It's a nice hotel, but not a 5 star. The room was nice, and the hotel location is ok, but unfortunately the hotel internet didn't work the majority of the time....which was very frustrating. Also a few room issues, maintenance is very slow to respond and calling the front desk often had no answer on the other end."

"Great hotel in a good location within Sousse being near the beach and also the Medina. The staff were nice, the location was quiet just off a main street and the air con worked pretty well. The only issue was the small bathroom, whereby the shower intruded on the space of the sink and toilet."

"Our stay at the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were wonderful and kind, and the beach was beautiful. We loved our holiday so much that we decided to buy new return tickets and extended our original 11-night stay by another 4 nights. That says it all!"

"Dirty room all around.Bed sheets were never replaced.You have to beg to get towels & toilet tissue replenished! Huge potential for the beach & it’s decent atm. Food served at the restaurant are always from previous meal & recycled. The worst is cleanliness & hygiene .Cockroach & flies are everywhere. No one is prepared to help or do their job as per description!"

"Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...

"We absolutely loved staying here! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a wonderful time staying in the Medina. It was a perfect location and we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sousse."
