"Atención estupenda desde que llegamos al hotel. Habitación muy bonita y limpia. La cena estaba deliciosa. La piscina con vistas a la montaña es perfecta para relajarse y hacerse unas buenas fotos. El Spa muy bien mantenido y super relajante. 100/100 recomendado!! Hay una parte del camino para llegar hasta allí que no está asfaltado por lo que el terreno es irregular. No obstante, ha sido una estancia que nos ha encantado."

"Nice hotel located I the city center of the old town. Everything was perfect. Parkering is 3-5 min walk away from the hotel in a parking basement, which was a little difficult to find eve though we follow the signs to the hotel. Google maps had some difficulty to guide us to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good. "

Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. "We found ourselves in Vic late at night after a rental car break down and had to find last-minute accommodations. Up Rooms Vic saved our day! The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."
