Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a time per person so we just didn't use it in the end. Had it been really cold outside I know I'd have wanted to use the hot tub every day. They need to make this clear.

La peor cama de Andorra

Terrible, lo peor la habitación, había reservado una cama matrimonial y nos dieron 2 camas individuales que las juntan, con ruedas que se movían continuamente y te caías por el medio, con un colchón muy incomodo, otra cosa que me pareció por temas, es que acceder a la instalación de la piscina y jacuzzi tenia un coste de 20 euros

Atención buena , estancia muy problemática

El hotel no estuvo listo para atender nuestra reservación, prácticamente el primer día no pudimos entrar a descansar o dejar nuestras cosas , sino hasta la madrugada del siguiente día Durante nuestra estancia nadie hizo el mínimo de limpieza en la habitación El personal estaba colapsado Amablemente la comida ha sido gratuita, pero como experiencia , habría preferido poder llegar a descansar y contar con los servicios que contrate con anticipación La situación fue la misma para más personas , y aunque entiendo que la magnitud de visitantes era mayor a la acostumbrada, ha sido muy desagradable encontrarnos con esa sorpresa Hasta ahora no se han contactado conmigo para dar seguimiento a nuestra queja
