기대했던 뷰가 아니었던 그리고 소음이 심했던 그러나 깨끗
IRIS (1층)
장점
1. 횡단보도만 건너면 바로 정암해변 (1분 이내 거리). 근처에 편의점 및 까페. 서핑 많이 하는 설악해변도 차로 5분 이래 거리.
2. 냄새관리가 잘 되어 있음 (화장실 등 불쾌한 냄새가 없음)
3. 넓은 공간 (단체나 아이들이 돌아다니기 좋음. 화장실도 두개, 소파도 두개, 침대도 두개, 싱크대도 두개)
4. 침구 린넨 관리가 깔끔하고 바삭하게 잘 되어있음.
단점
1. 눈높이가 낮아 말이 오션뷰이지 바로 앞 주차장에 대 놓은 차에 가리고 또 대로에 쌩썡 1초에도 여러대씩 지나다니는 차들에 가려 바다를 맘 편히 바라보기 힘듦 (뷰가 별로임). 차가 많은 도로임.
2 지나다니는 차 소음이 심해 창문을 열어 놓을 수 없음 (소음).
3. 저녁이 되면 바로 현관문 옆 바베큐장에 소음이 심함 (소음). 11시까지 이어짐 .
4. 사장님 혼자서 모든 룸을 다 관리하시는지 룸 내 설비 여기저기 문제점들이 있고 서비스가 심하게 떨어짐. 전화 3번 걸었다가 혼날 뻔 해서 다시는 걸지 않았음. 2박 하는 동안 청소등 별다른 관리 없구, 이럴거면 서비스비를 내리던가 룸비를 내리던가 해야하는거 아닌가 하는 생각이 듭니다.
5. 처음부터 룸으로 쓰는 공간이 아닌 식당 등으로 쓰다가 리모델링을 통해 룸으로 개조한 듯 가구 배치나 뷰, 소음등 안락함이 떨어짐.
총평: 1층에서 오션뷰는 기대하지 마세요 (2층부터는 괜찮을 거라고 생각해요), 소음이 심해요 창문 절대 못 열어요, 서비스 없습니다, 깨끗해요, 넓어서 여러 사람이 쓰기 좋아요. 로맨스 여행으로는 별로인듯해요.
