겨울철 난방문제 및 주변 식당 미흡

한 겨울 보일러 고장으로 난방과 온수가 안 나오는 방에서 그대로 이용을 함. 숙박업체에서 고객들에게 붙이는 조그만 손난로 지급외 별도의 대응책이 없이 방치되어 차가운 방에서 1박을 함. 직원의 친절은 매우 훌륭하지만 대처는 미흡함. 주변식당 또는 숙소 식당, 식수가 제공이 되지않아 불편하고 조리시설이 구비되어 있지 않기 때문에 식사하기가 매우 불편함. 여름철 해변과 가까워 이용하기에는 편리해 보임.

성수기에 갔습니다…광복절 그나마 다른데 보다 싸서 갔어요. 오래된 모텔을 개조한 곳이고… 위생은 좀….화장실에서 물때랑 곰팡이 냄새가 심해서 좀… 침대는 딱딱해요

친절하시고 시설은 깨끗했습니다 에어컨이 안방에 작은게 하나 있는데 거실까지 냉방이 조금 약해서 불을 켠 상태에서 창을 열었는데 벌래가 많이 들어왔어요. 방충망이 요즘 많이 하는 작은 타입이 아니라 구형 구멍이 큰 타입이라 10분만에 수백마리가… 창문 열지말고 에어컨 사용하시면 사용에 큰 어려움이 없어요

숙소 위치는 완벽했습니다. 해변 바로 앞에 위치 하고 있고, 해변가 입구 및 숙소 입구에 포차를 운영하고 있고 1층의 커피숍에서 생맥주도 한 잔 할 수 있었고... 전반적인 청소 상태나 관리 상태 등도 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고 잘 관리를 하고 있었습니다만, 시설이 다소... 싸구려틱 하다는 느낌을 개인적으로 받았습니다...

1박2일로 숙박했습니다. 자작도해수욕장 바로 앞에 있어 해수욕즐기기 편하고 1층에서 바베큐 할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 바베큐 이용비는 다른 곳에 비해 좀 비싸긴합니다. 휴가기간이라 1층에 불이 켜져 있고 음악이 늦게까지 켜져 있어서 편히 쉬긴 어려웠어요. 2박했는데 2박째는 룸 클리닝이 없어서 저희가 방치우고 잤어요. 수건이나 이불은 깨끗한 편이고 매트리스는 좀 딱딱합니다.

청결상태최악

바닷가앞이여서 뷰는 좋았으나 청결상태가 최악이었음. 후기같은거 잘 안남기는데.. 일단 샤워후 수건쓰려다가 너무 깜짝놀랐음ㅡㅡ 새수건이아니고 거기에 머리카락까지 들어있었음;; 바닥에 배수도 잘안되서 물도 잘 안내려가고 수압도 약하고ㅠ 침대 매트리스는 얼마나 오래되었는지 움직일때마다 삐걱대고 스프링소리에;; 자고일어난 다음날 둘다 허리며 목이며 통증유발됨; 이불도 얼마나 안빨았는지 끈적이고 냄새나서 사용안하고 옷덮고 잤음. 바닥청소는 물론 안되있어서 군데군데 끈적이고해서 매우 찝찝했음. 성수기라 비싼가격받을건 받고 관리는 전혀 안되고... 입실하는데 주인인지 직원인지 왈; 방하나 좋은방 남은거 드린거라고 운좋다고 생색내시길래 기대했다가 방 들어가고선 어이가없었음...

좋았던점은 숙소 앞에 백사장이 있어 파도소리가 잘 들리고 대체로 깨끗한 편이었음 부족한 점은 가격에 비해 방이 작고(방2개 합해 만든 곳에서 지냄) 제반 시설이 모텔급임

갔을 때에 엘리베이터가 안돼서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 침구류와 용품들은 관리가 아주 깨끗하게 되어 있습니다. 주변 외관도 나쁘지 않지만 조금 더 활발한 분위기로 응대가 된다면 좋을 것 같고 다시 갈만한 숙소입니다

Every chair in the room had bolts missing and were falling apart/unusable. The hotel says they have outdoor dining tables and BBQ grills, but they charge 15,000W for the BBQ grill and another 15,000W to use a table (even if you are stating in the hotel). Facility was not very clean overall and the staff was difficult to find. They did not even have coffee available in the dining area. The hotel is located on a very nice and quiet beach, but other than that it was disappointing overall
