"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"This was an excellent stay for us—the location couldn’t be better, the breakfast is good, and the staff are lovely. Our room had a preserved wall from the 1600s!
The doors open for you when you enter, but you do have to carry your bags up a short flight of entry stairs.
An excellent choice."

"Two adults and a 16-year-old boy stayed here for four nights. The room was way too small for us. Be sure you check the size of the room for your party. We did not have a window, which was great to have darkness for sleeping. However, that meant we had no fresh air or air flow. "It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands.
The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns.
We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm."
