Very clean , good atmosphere in restaurant and bar with lots of Spanish sitting on outside tables . Didn’t eat here so couldn’t comment on food . Room very clean with a good shower and everything you need . Comfortable bed . View not great ( a wall ) but no problem .
Ideally located on Camino and a great place to lay your head and recharge . I would recommend.

Beautiful surroundings and opulent, spacious rooms, quirky facilities. The only thing that let this place down was the dinner. For 29 Euro per person, my cod was so salty it was inedible and my husband did not finish his undercooked burgers either. It's a shame because they have all the elements to make it a 5* experience.

This was a really lovely place to stay on my Camino. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to use the washing facilities in the albergue of the same name next door. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, ready for the next morning’s walk.

I was in the middle of my camino and decided to stay somewhere special. I have to say the hospitality of Eduardo and his staff was excellent. The accommodation was really exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, simple home cooked and made to a high standard. It is Galicia at its best!!

What a wonderful warm and welcoming greeting from Lucy and Mar when we arrived. The whole experience exceeded any expectations. We just wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all of the beautiful and quirky areas inside and outside this hotel. The building is very old, full of character, charm and history. The photos just don't do it any justice at all. The restaurant too was exceptional with Alejandra and Rosa looking after us. The food was delicious both lunch and brekafast. Everyone we...

A very hearty welcome by the proprietor and they even translated everything into English. Given a tour and they explained the local area and where to get breakfast which was in a different place.
Breakfast was a good pilgrims breakfast which sets you up for the walk due the day. Very simple with freshly baked bread. With plenty to bulk up on including walnuts….

I was the only person staying at this hotel which was a bit disconcerting as it really is in thr middle of nowhere - about 1.3 km off the camino. But it is excellent. The staff could not have been nicer, and more accommodating. Even though i was the only person staying, they still put out the full dinner and breakfast buffet. I was treated like a king! If you want somewhere truly rural, a bit off the camino (i walked back to it the next day in 25 mins), this is an interesting, unique, peaceful...

We had an enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly, and food was very good, but the hotel’s location was very remote, and the taxi driver got lost twice en route.

We received a lovely welcome and the staff really wanted to do whatever they could to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is located amongst lovely countryside.

We loved staying here with Olga and Pedro. What a delight and right on the Camino Invierno too. Everything was wonderful. The love and care which has gone into turning a derelict old barn into a stunningly beautiful place to stay is just incredible. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners was 5 star. You can even book an evening meal ahead of time which is really useful. Breakfast was a feast. Perfection!
