Cozy hotel with no shower

It was a nice cozy hotel with friendly people at reception/restaurant. A couple of issues: Parking was tricky to find as there was signage. There was no shower or bath tub in the room. Only a shower nozzle on the wall beside the sink.

Very happy

Clean and cozy, a super friendly feeling inside and great food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay there when I go back to Skjern.

No one there

When I booked the hotel I didn't know that there was going to be no one available for a week. I was booked in for 2 weeks at the start of the year. I travelled for over 12 hours to a hotel which was locked, empty and in darkness. I had to phone security to give me a code to let me in. It was difficult to have a conversation because I can't speak Danish and he could only speak a little English. Once in the hotel there was a note to say my roon was open and the key was inside. Generally the hotel looked very clean and well looked after but the overall experience of walking around an empty hotel was like something out of The Shining. As their was no one their in the morning I had to drive to the nearest supermarket to get breakfast. Once I had found their was no one available for a week. That was enough for me to move hotels as I wasn't going to the local shop to get breakfast every morning

Kaffemaskinen på værelset havde måske aldrig været gjort rent. Når jeg kørte vand igennem den uden bønner var det der kon ud af den stadig brugt og grumset - det er meldt til fødevarestyrelsen.
