"We paid extra for a water view and it was completely blocked by the staircase
The TV and WiFi did not work for the first 2 days, they sent out someone that said we were in a vortex with circular hand motions!
But all the other rooms worked
When we arrived to check in we had to sign 8 pages of agreements and pay a additional $79 for maintenance fee after I paid total cost including all taxes and charges 4 months ago
I have stayed here before and there was no additional charge at check in, I go ever year to play golf and will no longer stay here
