"Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. A+++++ definitely recommend."
"We absolutely loved our stay. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of Istanbul. We managed to spot some of the iconic buildings such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Galata Tower.
The beds were so comfortable and overall the 4 bedroom suite was more rhan adequate for a family of 5.

"Excellent location and impeccable service. Close to metro station at Taksim square accessible to all major attractions. Staff at check in Desk went above and beyond. Concierge very helpful to arrange Bosporus cruise . Breakfast was fantastic and was included in the room, it is a standard in Istanbul. Very nice people and beautiful city. Will definitely come back and stay with intercontinental again. One of the best stays with Expedia over the past 5 years and maybe 10 years."

The hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the amenities (spa, gym, and breakfast) were all top-notch. The reception team was polite, professional, and always willing to help.
The only suggestion we’d make is that for long-stay guests like us, a bit more personalized attention and small gestures of care would go a long way — it makes a big difference when staying for an extended period.
