"This was advertised to have laundry - didn’t have laundry. Front desk lady was very kind - bar/restaurant - not so much. They act as if your an inconvenience to them. Tried to walk in to
Get some ice at approximately 4pm. Before a full word could come out of my mouth I was abruptly interrupted by “WERE CLOSED”. A smile and kindness really does go a long way - some places get way too comfortable. Thankfully due to this mess, Expedia completely refunded us. I do not recommend this place."

"Arai was a beautiful property with lovely views. A nice surprise was the double balconies in our suite - both included a jacuzzi. The location was perfect and close to so many beautiful sites."

"Una opción magnífica para quedarse en la zona. El alojamiento es espacioso, muy limpio y perfecto para descansar por lo tranquila que es la zona. Lo mejor es lo bien comunicado que está, ideal si tienes que moverte de un punto a otro."
