Such a great experience! The location was great; the room was clean and comfy enough for my family. My child enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the waterfront the entire time we stayed there.

The staff was helpful and apologetic due to the hotel having air conditioning issues. A box fan and cold water was provided. This helped with there being no air. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was great. Relaxing time .

Emma works very hard and does an excellent job keeping the dining room and breakfast service areas clean, organized, and re-stocked. She is a gem! We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee (etc) machine. We had a lot of fun in the pool and jacuzzi, and walking outside by the water. The location is close to malls, restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds are new but the renovations are still going on more than a year after our last visit to Silverdale. AC was still out during our visit but each room had a box fan which cooled the room at night. Daytime temperatures were in the upper 80’s and the room was warm when we returned around 7 PM each night.

Great family hotel that is clean. Parking lot is well lit and great location next to shopping/stores. Big breakfast and open pool/gym late. Staff is friendly and they actually smile. Balcony is nice but depending on your surrounding neighborhoods, your room can get filled with smoke/weed smell at night.

Public entry and hallways are updated. Room was old and stained. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was not working. Luckily I had a room with a nice water view and balcony. Such a great location. Best Western should really update the rooms.

Everything about my stay was very enjoyable. I loved the fact that you had a microwave AND a fridge in the room. I also like the fact that the shower, water pressure, draining of the water all worked well. All these things are usual pet peeves of mine when I travel, and yours really hit the mark

We stayed one night. We had a king bed that was very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent with lots of good information. Nice coffee machine in the lobby, that makes speciality drinks. Our stay included the breakfast buffet. Pretty standard buffet. We used the pool and hot tub. Both were clean with towels by the pool. Lots of dinning options within walking distance. Safeway is also a short walk. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to add a night, but unfortunately they were full. We’ll be back!

Unfortunately the pool had to be closed for emergency maintenance, but the hotel did offer to cancel our reservation if we wanted to change to a property with a working pool. We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western.
