"I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me."

"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. "The fan in iur bathroom was obnoxiously loud and woke each other up to just use the washroom during the night. The bed was a worn mattress on a wheeled frame (no actual bed frame) The night staff were sleeping. The parking lot makes 0 sense. Could definitely use some renovations. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and the window frame was probably original. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and had no sausages or bacon available. Would not recommend..."

"Not our best hotel stay, leaking ceiling in the restaurant, pictures do not reflect current state of the hotel at all. Peeling paint everywhere, small room, overpriced. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Expedia helpful with changes we needed to make."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

"Although the price was a little better than other hotels in Sudbury, it was reflected in the property. When you only have the web pictures to go by everything looks good, however experiencing a stay opens your eyes. The beds were okay but very noisy, the bathroom sink did not drain, exhaust fan was full of dirt, room door hardware totally destroyed, the elevator was much to be desired, parking lot needs a lot of work, many smokers outside the main entrance. At least the front desk girl was...
