We had to keep calling for supplies for the bathroom. Hotel is in badly need of TLC. Structure of hotel needs an upgrade. All and all. It’s a nice hotel. It needs work and customer service training. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. No food available at beach front bar on the first day. Shout out to Jamal who went over and beyond to accommodate for the flaws and made the stay bearable. Sad to see such a previously prestigious site in this condition. "
