Did not realize that the shared bathroom was for all rooms in the hotel not just two adjoining rooms. Quite a hike up the the floor the hotel is located on. Otherwise we found the facilites very clean and the staff ere very helpful and courteous. Location was excellent and our overall experience very positive.

A estadia foi curta, só uma noite, mas de maneira geral, muito boa. Acima das expectativas. O único aspecto mais desfavorável foi que , frente a uma onda de calor acima do normal na regiao, o ventilador disponível não conseguiu refrescar o quarto o suficiente. Por outro lado, uma vista linda da janela do quarto.

Albergo molto centrale e comodo per girare Siena a piedi. La struttura e le stanze sono molto carine, accoglienti e pulite. L'unico aspetto negativo è che i bagni sono in condivisione e al mattino può esserci un po' di fila. La colazione è a buffet, ma vorrei chiedere ai proprietari della struttura di offrire, per favore, qualche opzione vegana (non c'era neanche il latte di soia).

Do not park where they tell you
The location was incredible and the place lovely. Unfortunately the whole thing was ruined when I found my car towed. I parked exactly where they told me to in a paid lot. What they failed to mention was the market that is held there on Wednesdays. It cost me a citation, a long cab ride and a tow bill for a total of over 240 euros. When I messaged the hotel I got no response. To say I was devastated is an understatement.

Extra nice stay
Airy, spacious peaceful place at great price. Enter than listing photos. Perfect location. 2 minute walk from main bus station for all the hill towns. Welcoming and kind owner and decent breakfast (no fruit though- bring your own) . I’d stay again

B&b molto accogliente
La casa di Osio si trova al centro di Siena e ci ho soggiornato per una sola notte. Ho trovato un ambiente pulito, familiare e accogliente, il personale molto gentile e una ricca colazione. Consigliatissimo

Posizione molto comoda. Stanza pulita anche se con arredamento vecchio. Bagno in comune pulito ma doccia e lavandino sarebbero da sistemare un po' (nel lavandino l'acqua scendeva piano, in un bagno il palo della doccia stava per staccarsi). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione con prodotti confezionati.... non ci è piaciuta molto! Nel complesso direi costoso per quanto offerto, ma l'esperienza tutto sommato è stata positiva.

Totalmente disconforme! Yo ya había pagado las dos noches por adelantado y el el momento de irme muy apurada me cobraron NUEVAMENTE las dos noches!!! Es decir que pague DOS VECES. Ahora sigo en viaje pero a mi vuelta voy a RECLAMAR! Aparte de esa situación cuando llegue no había nadie, había que subir 3 pisos por escalera, todo muy impersonal!!!!!!

Great Location!
Room was mostly clean. The floor could use a good scrubbing and the walls needed painting. Bathroom good except for slow draining sink. Bed was comfortable. Great view from breakfast room. Fabulous central location. Okay breakfast.

Rigtig dejligt hotel :) Prisen var kun 370 kroner for to personer, og der var fyldt med stemning, rent og god service. Man holder til øverst i bygningen, og der er en lille altan, hvor man har et smukt udsyn over Siena med Toscanas bakker og vinmarker i baggrunden. Hotellet har ingen fast reception, men man modtager al nødvendigt information, ved reservation af et værelse. Morgenmaden var ikke så nærende men god, og der serveres både Italiensk og amerikansk kaffe. City-tax er 5€

Acceptable unit but with some drawbacks
This was a room in an older building. Very large and spacious. Holder tub with handheld shower and curtain. AC was acceptable. But Wi-Fi underperformed, almost felt like dial-up speed. Location a bit removed from the old city. Not really walkable in my opinion. Fortunately Hotel rents bicycles so you can ride to the Old City and not have to rent a bike at a higher price there.

They messed up my reservation and emailed me a couple days before my stay to let me know that I would need to stay in their other location which did not have breakfast but I would at least get the tax off. I emailed them back and told them that was fine and I would go to the other location and gave them my cell phone number in case they had any questions. I had full access to my phone, texting, and emails and never heard anything back from them. So the day of my reservation I head to the location I was told to stay at. I buzz the door, no answer. I then call the woman who took me reservation and she told me they made another mistake and that she had tried to reach me to let me know which she absolutely did not, my phone was working the whole time. She told me I needed to go back to the original location I had booked for. They offered nothing to help me, just to walk there from where I was even though I had paid for a taxi to take me all the way to where I was told to go and by this point the driver had left. It was a 14 minute walk with all my luggage! All I get was a sorry and they offered me the breakfast for free but it’s already included in the price I paid so??? On top of all this, the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dispenser was empty the whole time I was there, they didn’t clean my room once during my stay, and they let people smoke cigarettes by the open window which wafted onto my room. Overall a really disappointing experience.

Disappointed
Hotel switched location at the last moment and informed us that in the new location breakfast was not included. The shared bathroom lock was broken. No air conditioning in this top-floor room.

小さいおしゃれなB&B
清潔で快適　朝食もいろいろ選択できるのでよかった、ただしやさい　果物が無いのは不満　。　トイレ　シャワーが共用なので　不便を感じた。 へやが４階で階段のみなので荷物を運ぶのに苦労した　できれば到着時は　staffにいて欲しかった　初めてのB&B　でしたにで　ドアーの開け方　鍵の説明が無いのは心細かった。宿泊費を考えると仕方ないのでしょうか？ でも気持ちよく過ごせました

Nice view from b&b tea room that sits 2 persons only. Bedoom and duvet dont smell cleaned n its facing corridor, of course theres a curtain. b&b is on 3rd floor no lift, owner wasnt around when check in, no map given, self service. Will onl stay here again for location

立地は便利
シエナは、そもそも広い街では無いとは思いますが、バス乗り場や観光名所に近く、便利な場所のホテルです。Wi-Fiは無料ですが、テレビは無く、部屋に洗面台も無いです。荷物の重い方は注意ですが、エレベーターはありません。あと、到着して観光に出る前に、たまたまですが、共用のバスが、2つとも利用中で、トイレも行けませんでした。他の部屋で、託児所か何かされてる？のか、誰か住んでいるのか、謎な部屋がありました。

Souvenir mitigé.
Nous garderons un souvenir mitigé de ce séjour car nous n'avons eu aucun contact sauf par SMS avec nos hôtes et nous n'avons pas eu le petit-déjeuner prévu lors de la réservation. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17:00. Les indications pour trouver notre chambre et les clés étaient claires. Une petite erreur d'attribution de chambre a été immédiatement corrigée après avoir laissé un message au numéro indiqué pour les contacts avec nos hôtes (en fait un secrétariat en ligne). Nous sommes repartis moins d'une heure après à cause du manque de places de parking dans la zone indiquée (extra-muros puisque la circulation intra-muros est réservée aux résidents). Nous ne sommes rentrés qu'à 20:00 aprés le dîner pris dans un village des alentours. Le lendemain nous devions quitter Sienne à 08:00 sous peine de risquer d'avoir une amende pour notre stationnement dans la zone bleue gratuite de 20:00 à 08:00 ; de plus nous devions faire la route pour la Haute-Savoie. Entre 07:00 et 08:00, personne n'est passé et le frigo était vide. Nous n'avons pas voulu appeler pour le signaler vu l'heure matinale et qu'il s'agissait d'un secrétariat en ligne. Sinon, rien à redire sur la situation intra-muros à 5 minutes de la Plazza del Campo dans un vieux bâtiment bien rénové. Rien à redire non plus sur notre chambre, son confort et sa propreté. Il y a deux salles de bain pour les 3 chambres, fonctionnelles et propres. Du thé ou une infusion était à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Il manque un accueil.

Séjour à Sienne
Le gros problème est l'accueil: pas de réponse au coup de sonnette, attente assez longue, avec d'autres voyageurs. Il fallait comprendre qu'il y avait une boîte, avec un code, dans laquelle se trouvaient les clés. Nous avons d'ailleurs ouvert un soir à d'autres voyageurs. Il n'y avait pas de produits de toilette dans la salle de bain. Nous avons du repartir 1 jour plus tôt, et nous avons rencontré par hasard le propriétaire pour le lui annoncer. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais il n'y a aucun personnel. Sinon, l'emplacement est pratique pour visiter le centre historique, et très proche de la gare routière. Petit bémol: il faut monter 3 étages avec les bagages.

Wished we had stay longer! Nice B&B, perfect location and spacious room. Big breakfast. Three keys to get in, so a little bit complicated, but we managed.

Dissapointed:(
The location was fabulous! It was within walking distance to the piazza and duomo. The apt. is on the top floor and no elevator:/ No a/c in the room and the only window was unreachable; though you could open and close by remote. If there was a breeze it could not be felt. There was a fan in the room, but that didn't do much to cool us off:/ The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. This property is more like a hostel than a hotel. You get a room and share the bathroom. Breakfast was included, but we missed it. It is offered from 8:00-9:00. It was clean, but we were a bit dissapointed with this accommodation:/

Beautiful room in a beautiful city
Beautiful room on the top floor with views over the city towards the hills and swifts flying around outside. Modern decor, comfy bed, tasty breakfast - couldn't have asked for more! Very close to the bus station - handy if arriving from Florence that way. Only a few minutes walk to the main piazza.

Très bien situé. Accueil sympathique. Impossible d'y accéder en voiture mais possibilité de se garer dans les environs gratuitement. Nous avons eu une chambre sans fenêtre (juste une petite ouverture au plafond). Mais comme nous n'y restions qu'une nuit cela ne nous à pas trop dérangé.

i will defenitely comeback there a lot to see around this location . from rome to florence san gimignano is 1 bus a way ..good hotel base . generous breakfast . kitchen is free to use
