Nettes Hotel im Zentrum

Gut gelegen, nahe dem Nachtmarkt und dem Psar Char sowie der Pubstreet, dennoch ruhig. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei der Organisation von Trips zu den Tempeln und in die Umgebung von Siem Reap.

Facilities broken in top suite room - poor service

Day 1) Some minibar drinks were already opened, and although asking, new ones never arrived. Then later that night heavy rain flooded the room to about 2cm of water, luckily not reaching our bags. In the morning we were greeted by a large (yet cute) mouse. Day2) after touring the temples we wanted to make use of the jacuzzi bath, only to find the hot water ran out after filling it only about 5cm. Thinking we could wait a few minutes for the hot water to return, we then noticed that the plug wasn't good enough and water was leaking straight out of the tub. We called maintenance who couldn't fix the issue and they suggested we use the other suite rooms jacuzzi, but that had the same problem. We weren't best pleased with this option and opted for a simple shower, which was also almost unusable as it had two temperatures scolding hot or cold. Again the other room didn't really solve this issue. Then the toilet broke. We waited by the pool (which has cloudy water) for three hours as maintenance worked in the room. Eventually we went up to check to find the room flooded again and maintainence gone. We phoned reception to ask if it was fixed, it wasn't, and we had to ask them to come back to clean the room. We were told we could use the toilet in another room, or change to a smaller room that smelled of damp. Had to negotiate a discount. Went to another hotel for $40 which had a special, that had wonderful facilities and service, and came with an excellent massage for two.

Die absolut zentrale Lage und der charmant oldfashioned Stil sind etwas besonderes. Wir haben den Pool auf dem Dach sehr genossen. Die Auswahl auf der Frühstückskarte war ok. Das Wasserbecken im Zimmer produziert leider auch Mücken. Da wäre eine andere Ausstattung angeraten.

Perfect situation, unique hotel

Top roof pool area is amazing. Room was quiet, even hotel is center of everything. Service and stuff was nice, kindfull, and great. Check in fast and also checkout. Top ten in Sihanoukville.

Hotel indeseable

Hotel muy viejo, sin higiene,sin personal en la recepción con mínima competencia. Fuimos 4 adultos y una niña de 8 años. Llegamos luego de un largo viaje no había una sola toalla en las dos habitaciones, nos dieron sucias de la pileta. Mosquitos te dan un RAID, una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado 301,en la 302 la TV tapada con un papel negro. Sin rejilla el baño , un agujero y sin luz. Sábanas sucias. Baño abajo y cuarto arriba con un mosquitero que al moverlo el polvo nos produjo alergia, tiempo sin ser lavado.Una vasija con agua estancada habiendo insectos, el olor a humedad imposible. Mi hijo,esposa y nieta ese mismo día cambiaron de hotel. Al otro día teníamos que irnos a las 5 AM para ver el amanecer nos encontramos en la recepción con 2 muchachos durmiendo en el piso y no sabían del desayuno que debían tener en cajas para la excursión . Ese mismo día cambiamos de hotel. Agradecería pudiera este hotel ser auditado, no supera 2 estrellas y las fotos son absolutamente engañosas.La falta de limpieza, un tótem con agua circulante que ocupa toda la planta baja de la habitación produce aún más humedad. La oscuridad por lámparas rotas.Otro pasajero buscaba también otro hotel. No puede seguir siendo recomendado como de 4 estrellas

위치는 최적. 가족끼리는 비추

위치는 씨엠립에서 두군데호텔다녔는데 위치면으로 좋습니다. 주변에 나이트마켓. 펍 스트리트. 있어요 근데 가족끼리의 여행은 비추입니다. 샤워시설이 오픈되어있어요. 후기대충읽고갔는데.. 좀 실수한거같더라고요. 그리고 샤워시설아래에 연못이있는데 물소리가 계속나고. 수도꼭지에서 물이 다 잠겨지지않아 예민한 분들에게는 비추이며 특히나 바로옆에서 아침부터 공사를 하느라 시끄럽습니다. 환기시키키도 어렵고 연못땜에 습도가높아서 작은 빨래거리가 잘 안마르고 냄새가 오래갑니다. 조식은 식사종류몇개중 주문형이며 끝에 과일을 디저트로 줍니다. 직원은 대체로 친절합니다.

Hotel répugnant à fuir

Chambre vieillot, hôtel sal literie immonde. Présence de cafard dans la chambre !! énorme pseudo fontaine ne fonctionnant pas et donnant lieu juste à une eau stagnante ( moustique) Chantier donnant à 3 metre de la chambre faisant un bruit terrible dès 6h du matin. Piscine avec une eau trouble d'ailleurs aucune personne osé s'y baigner. Jai pas mal voyagé je suis du genre à être conciliant mais là il sagit d'une véritable poubelle à fuir Seul point positif la gentillesse du personnel Je dispose de photos et de vidéos pour appuyer mes propos j'ai d'ailleurs fais une réclamation expedia. Pire hôtel de ma vie

hôtel dans le centre de siem reap

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel en se fiant aux notes globales sur Expedia , malheureusement cela ne correspond pas du tout à l'état de l'établissement . Le bâtiment a , certes ,un certain charme , mais il est très mal entretenu . La piscine sur le toit est impraticable , le bar de la piscine désert . Les chambres sont nettoyées à la va-vite , de ce fait douteuses et poussiéreuses ,tâches etc etc , le frigo ne marche pas .Nous nous sommes vu attribués dans un premier temps une chambre dans laquelle il aurait été impossible de séjourner tant le bruit des travaux du bâtiment voisin ( à deux mètres) était fort .Nous avons eu une fuite d'eau venant du plafond dans la seconde à 7 h du matin . Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel .

펍스트리트, 나이트마켓 등과 아주 가깝다. 실내에 앙코르 사원을 본뜬 샤워시설이 있는데 이국적이다. 조식도 맛있었으며 직원들도 친절했다. 조용하진 않은 편. 깨끗하면서도 번화가 근처에 있는 숙소를 원한다면 최적의 호텔. 리조트급의 시설을 원한다면 시엠립 외곽의 호텔을 찾는 편이 나음.

Old and scary hotel.

Have to wait 2pm then get my room. Room was big but eerie due to many status inside the room. Making it dark. Bathroom is outside with just a curtain to cover. Breakfast was so plain. No lifts so you to carry the stuffs up.

A unique hotel

Wonderful hotel, feels like you're walking through a temple! The rooms are unique with a lovely private balcony and shower in the room! Maybe not great for sharing with a friend. The decor was as if you were in a temple. Great location, walking distance to nearby shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

You can't find a better location in Siem Reap

Location, location, location. This is what this hotel is all about. You're literally 5 minutes away from everything you might need - food, shops, markets, massages...Well, you might wait 20 minutes to get a beer at the swimming pool, but you really don't care as long as you're on vacation. There is no elevator, but the guys from the hotel always help with the luggage. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious, but we had to pay for the espresso
