Staff was very nice. Close to restaurants and spas. AC did not work very well. Room was always hot. The skiding doors dont close completely so mosquitoes and bug got in the room and you can hear noises outside. Neighbors dog barked all night long keep us up.

Great value for money
Incredible value for money. Pool area was great, a good way to refresh in the middle of the day. Staff were friendly. Located across the road from ATM which was helpful. Room was a bit unclean, but still comfortable.

Reception Staff Terrible, Don’t understand English,very rude, Not hospitable. The room TV doesn’t work, AC is average, got to the room washed face & the tap wouldn’t turn off, tell reception staff, offered a double bed for 2 single people, was trying to make us pay more for 2 beds! In the end finally gave us 2 beds. The pool is good,dinner is good, breakfast is average at best,drinks are cheap, location is ok. The reception need to realise they are in hospitality & need to be hospitable!

Great place with things to improve. The staff is brilliant, the pool is surprisingly amazing and the cocktails they serve at the pool bar are decent. The location is central, has a lot of dining options around and is like 10 min walk to the night market To the left of the hotel is just an enormous puddle where a free parking should be so parking a motorcycle was challenging In the bathroom they only have rain shower and no glass door or a curtain to separate it from the rest of the space - splashes were inevitable and so the floor was constantly wet and no slippers were provided (or we did not find) Mosquitoes were a problem with no solution from the property. A/C is placed in such a way that it will only blow on the bed directly therefore could not be used during night , and the nights were unbearably hot

This place is a excellent quiet retreat in the middle of the city. I did not try their restaurant, so no comment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is great, nice washroom. Everything looks clean. I do like to mention that we had a very hard time locating this hotel.

Fairly nice place with good location
Hotel is nice. Well located. No elevator if that is a requirement. The only issue I had was extending my stay. I went to reception and none of the 3 employees could do that. I had to book one more night through online service instead of just fixing it at the reception.

Great small hotel
Great small hotel, central but in quieter street. Pretty shaded central pool area. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Breakfast fine but not outstanding.

Great small hotel

Our only disappointment were we didnt get our early morning wake up call on the day we went for the sunrise Angkot Wat tour and our flight departure day as the night staff was asleep. Thanks Lina for organizing the takeaway sandwiches for our early morning flight back home. It was a wonderful delight.

Funky hotel and great staff
Small but perfectly formed hotel in Siem Reap. Fantastic friendly service throughout our stay, great food, and cocktails which are very reasonably priced. The pool was a very good friend after a hot day sightseeing.

This little hotel is a gem.. Walking distance from pub street and the center.. The room is very clean and has everything you need.. It has a little balcony overlooking the pool with a jacuzzi. Its very pretty and has a relaxing atmosphere. The front office staff were amazing and so helpful specially the front office mgr Lina and kind receptionist Jay with her beautiful smile.. The hotel was beautiful and the staff there were all very kind, responsive and welcoming. The pool is so nice with a waterfall on the side. Beautiful poolside not to mention the food we had by the pool was very good and the service was timely. There's almost no reason to leave, but it is a great location that is also close to many fun nearby sites, good restaurants and shopping areas. Can't wait to go back.

My friend recommends us to stay here
it's a great find in the perfect location. It's about a 7 min walk to Pub street so is pretty peaceful at night. The hotel itself is very nice with great staff. Our room was clean and spacious overlooking the pool, which was very welcoming too. Breakfast was fine and the lunch and dinner menu was great with lots of choices. They have their own tuk-tuk driver for pick up and tours around the main attractions which were very reasonably priced and the transfer to the airport was complimentary. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Siem Reap

Pleasant stay
Staffs are friendly, the price is good, clean and fresh, feel so relax and the location is close to the center very nice swimming pool and space to relax in the sunshine. It’s a great hotel with lots of potential.

Decent hotel near the city
The staff were so friendly and lovely!!!!! The pool was nice and bar. Lovely room and big bed good view, everything was just great!!! Recommended to everyone!

We loved it
The room we had was exceptional. Very friendly staff, quick and helpful. They immediately offered an upgrade when we had problems with the room. My friend has already recommended the facility to another friend for a visit.

Amazing staff: really nice, helpful advice and recommendation! they gave us a detailed overview on what to on the trip we booked was amazing. Clean accommodation, enough room and great location. Make sure to book the breakfast also, great food for little money :)

A real gem of a place
Everything about this place is great. from the minute we arrived nothing too much trouble. The whole place is decorated modernly and is spotless. The beds are comfy, bathroom spacious. Breakfast is wonderful. Plenty of choice and freshly made food. I enjoyed the coffee as well. Everything about our stay here was perfect. I would definitely go back. No need to think about where to stay next time. All very relaxed which was perfect for our weekend.
