도착부터 리셉션, 조식, 수영장등 모든 직원들이 너무나 친절하게 대해줘서 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋고 수영장 시설도 청결하고 모든게 완벽했던 여행이 되었내요. 한가지 아쉬운점은 조용한 곳에 위치해서 주위에 식당같은것이 별로 없다는 점 빼고는요.

Das Hotel war nicht mal annähernd in dem Zustand wie es auf den Fotos präsentiert wurde. Die Suite war stark renovierungsbedürftig, es stank extrem und alles war lieblos hergerichtet. Die ganze Nacht lang liefen laute Maschinen die angeblich auch nicht abgestellt werden konnten und die Betten waren so hart das man auch auf dem Boden hätte schlafen können. Dem Servicepersonal musste man fast hinterher rennen um an Trinken oder Essen zu kommen, zudem glich das Essen eher einer Kantine anstatt eines Hotelrestaurant. Das Frühstück war nie aufgefüllt und wenn man etwas bekam, war es IMMER kalt. Sind sehr enttäuscht gewesen und würden jedem davon abraten hier einzuchecken.

place is cool , about 25min walk from city. they got free shuttle from 5pm to city. made the booking thru app and some miscoummunication from app/hotel. double charge on credit card and hotel checkout payment. Hotel owner was honest to make the refund for the cancellation. :) Nice pool , quiet.

I loved my stay at this resort! The grounds were perfect and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have the shuttle bus to and from town whenever we needed. I would recommend this resort to everyone. Fantastic!!

The property doesn't have anything around it that you can comfortably walk too. The place has tuk tuk drivers that will take you wherever you want to go. The room was clean but kinda plain. The bee was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The room service food was great, but not a lot to pick from.

Suokear Boutique Hotel & Spa was the place to be! The staff were so friendly and attentive,. Because it's a boutique, the space is intimate enough for the staff to remember you so we felt special the entire time there. They helped us plan our daytrips and organized to have a personal tuk tuk driver during our stay. The spa service was relaxing, we went back multiple times.

One of the most majestic places I’ve stayed at in Siem Reap! BEAUTIFUL outdoor tub that is hidden away with ferns and other greenery. We celebrated my friends birthday at this hotel and it was marvellous! Great staff and good wine choices :)

Great staff. Amazing swimming pool.

Peaceful place away from the town centre. Very quiet area. Great swimming pool. The room was comfortable but the air conditioning was poor. Lots of mosquitoes. They should have sprays available to guests. Staff are so friendly! There are tuk-tuks all day long at the front. Food in the restaurant is not great but it is reasonable. Breakfast is very light. The best thing is the swimming pool. Wifi is weak.

Our favorite hotel of Southeast Asia!

We booked this resort last minute after having a visa issue, and we were SO pleased with it! They had a free pickup from the airport, the breakfast was AMAZING, the room was so clean and spacious and comfortable, the pool facilities were great, the staff was very accommodating, and we loved their helpfulness in getting around the city.

They were very friendly and trustworthy. Returned things that i have lost around the pool area. Maybe there could be optional complimentary mosquito repellent for the room as well as some mosquito repellent in the pool area as well as in reception and restaurant part overall i was very satisfied. Very good with free transfer to the city and airport. However for arrival please book this in advance (i tried to book just before my fliht from bangkok) i am not sure if message came through though. -- Christian, SWE

Personal Items STOLEN!

I hate to be writing this as the hotel had many plus sides. The staff were great, friendly and helpful and the hotel was great! Pool area was nice and breakfast was good. BUT, we are very dissapointed to had come back to our room to find that $100 USD and my personal debit card was stolen out of our room. BE AWARE, booking the “free” Tuk tuk through the hotel may be convenient but, then the hotel knows when and how long you are gone (they pick you up at a chosen time also) to go into your room and as we had happen, steal things.

It was my second staying in this hotel. First time was very satisfied- staying alone, so this time I stayed with friends. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location isn't very good if you want to go to market area by walk. (Bus driver we hired took very long time to find.) However, I personally prefer this location because it's much calm and good for me to rest- I can always reach to other places by moto or tuktuk in 10-20 mins. I will definitely stay again next time in Siem Reap.
