"Aweful! Bunch of thieves! The place was unclean and unsafe. There was a bad smell in the apartment, the floor was dirty and the window was broken and open. As the hotel was on the first floor, anyone could come in. I left the apartment as soon as I saw the room and made another booking. I talked to the staff about refund and they said it will be done through expedia. Expedia reached out to them several times and they have not refunded my money. The staff is rude as well. "The Hotel is right behind Indiranagar Metro Station...therefore the sound from the main road is quite loud but since the rooms have soundproof windows it does help but then you have to switch on the A.C and cannot enjoy the fresh air."
