"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"ocation : around 7 min walk to the nearest station Wakayama. 5 min walk to the convenience store . Room: the room is not very big even though WAKAYAMA is not a big city. In general rooms in Osaka and Tokyo got very small room. Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge. "The place is on small town, serveral store (convinence store, lundary....) is far from hotel. But town is so quite and calm, hotel is clean and simple. Host of the hotel is nice and kind. Hotel is quite reasonable for that price."
