Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I loved the experience. The staff very helpful specially lakshay at front desk. He allowed us to do early check in because they had the room available. I liked the food we ordered. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. The way it’s built is cute and impressive.
